Hi, I’m Cassie!
About me personally:
Hiya, I’m Cassie! Originally from the Philly suburbs, I spent my 20s living/working throughout Philadelphia, NYC, and Sydney, Australia, before settling in Los Angeles for the last decade… only recently relocating back to the East Coast.
I’m dog-mom to a Terrier-mix named Benni, who was one of my fosters… something I’m passionate about doing - when my schedule allows it! He loves the outdoors and adventure as much as I do - last Thanksgiving we hiked/camped the TCT (Trans Catalina Trail), sharing the path with bison, boar, and foxes! Most weekends we explore new bike paths, and to date have done three cross-country roadtrips.
In my spare time, I love to relax on the beach with a good book, hike/camp, bake, puzzle, and travel to as many new places as possible… my most recent destinations were Argentina and Italy! I also love to organize people’s bedrooms/closets and kitchens/pantries… I’ve hada side-hustle doing this for nearly 15 years ◡̈
While I’m not an ‘adrenaline junkie’, I do consider myself a ‘get out of your comfort zone’ advocate and lover of learning… over the years I’ve sky-dived, joined CrossFit, learned to make perogies from scratch, taken Improv classes, applied for a reality competition show, taught myself to change my car’s headlights & air filters, and coached a youth sports team, among other things.
Why I love supporting families:
I come from a big family with two working parents. Growing up, there was always a sporting event, music lesson, school play, neighborhood activity, friend playdate, or family gathering happening at any given moment… throw school schedules, (parent) work hours, vacations, and holidays into the mix - the constant balance of fun and “admin” seem to take up as much time as the events themselves. After years of nannying, and nearly 20 years working as an EA, I realized that the most important tasks in each career paralleled each-other - efficient calendar management and effective project workflow. Helping families is the best combo of both professional paths and really has brought things full circle!

Skilled in streamlining workflows, managing complex logistics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced startup, entertainment, and private client settings.
