I’m an experienced Executive Assistant and Operations Support professional with over 10 years of experience supporting leaders, creative entrepreneurs, and service-driven organizations. I’m known for being reliable, highly relational, and genuinely fun to work with - the kind of support person who brings energy, clarity, and follow-through to busy days. I love creating systems that support people behind the scenes so they can focus on what matters most, both at work and at home.

I understand firsthand how much invisible work goes into keeping a household running smoothly. As a mom, I know organization isn’t about perfection - it’s about creating breathing room. I love supporting families by reducing mental load, creating structure that actually works, and bringing a little joy and humor into the everyday routines that keep life moving.
Professional experience:
My background includes executive and administrative support, project management, and operations across a variety of environments. I’ve supported multiple executives at once, managed high-volume calendars and inboxes, coordinated domestic and international travel, and built systems that improve communication and efficiency. I have extensive experience creating SOPs, streamlining workflows, managing vendors, and partnering with teams across time zones and even continents. I thrive in roles that require flexibility, clear communication, and trust - and I bring a positive, can-do energy to everything I support.

Executive Support & Keeping Life Moving: I’m great at making sure the right things happen at the right time. Calendars, inboxes, follow-ups, and details are my playground - I love bringing order to busy days so leaders and families don’t have to keep everything in their heads.
Systems for Real Life: I don’t believe in complicated systems that look good on paper but fall apart in practice. I build simple, sustainable workflows, routines, and SOPs that actually work - whether that’s for a business, a household, or both.
Project & Operations Support (aka juggling all the things): I thrive when there are a lot of moving pieces. Coordinating projects, managing timelines, working with vendors, and keeping communication clear across people and priorities is where I do my best work.
Tech-Savvy & Always Adaptable: I’m comfortable jumping into new tools and figuring things out quickly. From Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to Planning Center and project management platforms, I enjoy making systems feel less intimidating and more helpful for the people using them.
About me personally:
I’m a wife and mom to an energetic 11-year-old son, which means life is full, loud, and never boring. I love college football (War Eagle!), cheering on the Saints, and keeping up with NASCAR. Our favorite thing to do as a family is travel - especially trips to Disney, where planning is half the fun and spreadsheets are fully encouraged.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me deep into a needlepoint project - I’m completely obsessed and find it equal parts creative outlet and stress relief. I believe good systems make life lighter, laughter makes work better, and supporting people well is always worth the effort. Working with Sundays allows me to do meaningful work while staying present for my family - and I love helping other families find that same balance.
