Hi! My name is Mandy and I’ve spent most of my life developing relationships with people and helping them stay organized. I’ve provided personal assistant support for dozens of executives across many industries, including CEOs, VCs, startup founders, consulting partners, and insurance professionals. Before beginning my career as an Executive Assistant, I was VP of membership for our local National Charity League chapter and I’ve held every position you can imagine with various elementary school PTAs. I specialize in event, travel and party planning, gifting, kids activities, and navigating eldercare. I’m great at seeing tasks through from initial research to final execution.. We love living by the ocean in Encinitas (North County San Diego) and I’ve been a California girl all my life - I grew up in the East Bay and raised my big kids in the South Bay. On Sundays, I enjoy tending to our chickens, gardening with succulents and managing my son’s youth soccer team. I thrive when helping parents feel on top of their home lives so they can show up as their best selves at work!
