Why I love supporting families:

As a mother of three, I understand firsthand what it takes to support a family: the invisible mental load, the sacrifices, and the never-ending list of micro and macro needs/events to plan for. It truly takes a village, and I am deeply passionate about providing mothers/families the opportunity to balance a thriving career, while never missing a milestone at home. 

Professional experience:

I have over 10 years of experience in the fast-paced corporate fashion and beauty industries, starting in merchandising and brand management, where I gained valuable insight into retail business operations. I eventually transitioned into senior-level executive support, where I supported multiple global leaders and, at times, worked directly with celebrity brand founders. As an EA, I managed highly complex calendars, multinational travel, T&E budgets, and the planning/execution of team events and corporate off-sites, while also building presentations for brand teams and executives across the company. Aside from the skills I’ve acquired through my professional experience, I believe my personal and professional superpower is my ability to empathize and build strong relationships, and I look forward to building many more meaningful relationships with mothers, families, and leaders through Sundays!

About me personally:

Born and raised in Japan, I moved to San Francisco for university, met my husband, and settled in the Bay Area, CA, for the majority of my young adult life. We went on to have three wild children - two boys (soon-to-be 10 & 8) and one girl (4), who was diagnosed with autism and has given me the proud title of ‘special needs mom’. After not one – but two – moves to Japan and back as a family, we are now happily settled in the greater Sacramento area. Having been on a career pause for the last couple of years, life lately has mostly been filled with lots of school runs, baseball, and coffee – but I have a newfound appreciation for meaningful work outside of the home and am so excited to support fellow mothers and families on their journey to conquer it all!
