Hi! I'm Miracle Kaleta!
With over ten years of experience as an Executive Assistant, I’ve built a career on being the steady, strategic partner leaders rely on. I’m known for bringing order to fast‑moving environments—whether I’m managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, optimizing workflows, or creating systems that keep operations running smoothly.
Across corporate, startup, and remote settings, I’ve supported senior leadership with a blend of calm efficiency, proactive problem‑solving, and a genuine commitment to helping people thrive. My background spans executive support, financial reporting, and process improvement, giving me a well‑rounded toolkit for both families and organizations.
My superpower: transforming chaos into clarity. I love taking scattered processes, overflowing inboxes, and busy schedules and turning them into streamlined, sustainable systems that give people back their time, energy, and peace of mind.
Why I love supporting families:
As a mom myself, I understand how much mental space is freed when routines, schedules, and systems are working for you—not against you. Supporting families allows me to combine my organizational strengths with my passion for helping others feel less overwhelmed and more in control. I love creating structure that brings ease, balance, and breathing room into everyday life.

About me personally:
I live in Downers Grove, IL (just outside Chicago) with my husband Mike, our daughter MaryAnna (6), and our two mini goldendoodles who keep life lively. I love spending time with my family, playing games with my daughter, and getting lost in a good book.
Fitness is a big part of my routine—I’m a dedicated Peloton rider and use the app and bike for most of my workouts. I’m also a spontaneous soul at heart: if you invite me to something last‑minute, I’m all in; if it’s planned too far ahead… there’s a good chance I’ll cancel.
Supporting families through Sundays gives me the flexibility to be present for my own family while helping others find the same balance through thoughtful systems, structure, and support.
