Hi, I'm Nicole! My recent experience is in the financial industry, where I worked as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager, supporting busy executives and their families at small, privately-owned firms. Before that, I worked in recruiting and marketing, giving me a varied and versatile skill set. I am well-versed in all traditional EA responsibilities, including personal and professional calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, license and membership management, and overseeing miscellaneous projects and events. In addition to these, my background includes unique experiences such as winery management, intentional gifting, and private aviation management. I also spent time as a full-time live-in Au Pair in Barcelona, Spain, and held several nanny positions in the U.S. These diverse roles have equipped me to manage a wide range of responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities, all while delivering proactive, thoughtful support for executives and their families. At the end of 2024, my fiancé and I moved to Florida with our two Boston Terriers, Mudd and Myles. We love spending time on the water and hosting family from the Midwest as they escape the cold. As a big football family, we enjoy cheering for our home team, the Green Bay Packers. During the off-season, you’ll find me taking long walks while listening to health and wellness podcasts or savoring a glass of red wine and dark chocolate. Life’s all about balance, right?
