Hi, I'm Taylor! 

I love supporting families because I know firsthand the value of having a present and engaged parent. Organization and planning come naturally to me. I've always been the one creating itineraries for group trips, mapping travel times, making reservations, coordinating logistics, ensuring everything is effortless and fun for everyone involved. Helping families find peace, balance, and clarity through thoughtful support is rewarding to me. 

With over 8 years of experience supporting families, teams, executives, and creative professionals, I have built a career around bringing calm, structure, and support to busy lives. I grew up at the intersection of youth outreach and entertainment, often balancing nannying and babysitting while assisting executives. That early combination taught me how to create harmony between the personal and professional - ensuring parents and leaders can stay focused on work while confidently being present at home. 

Since then, my career has taken me through a uniquely blended path: working in the family businesses, managing youth programs, supporting taco shop openings and operations, helping run trade shows, assisting high-level executives and small business owners, working in public relations for major TV networks, producing podcasts, and planning travel for music tours. No matter the role, I naturally step into the chaos, streamline the moving parts, and create systems that allow people to thrive without the stress of the small but important details. 

My skills and experience allow me to naturally bring clarity to complex schedules, workflows, and multi-layered personal or professional demands. I create systems that work for you; I make adjustments and think ahead so you don't have to. Whether it's a family trip, work retreat, or a lunch meeting, I map out every detail and make sure you are prepared for what to expect. 

A little about me:

• I find joy in the little things - especially cuddles with my sweetest pup. (I am the dog mom who treats her like my child, and she deserves every bit of it!)

• I was a regular at my line dancing venue in CA for several years, and I still go there in TN when I can. 

• I volunteer at my Sunday school and am fortunate to support some of the sweetest families throughout the year.
