Why I Love Supporting Sundays Families:
I love supporting families because taking what may seem like a simple thing off of somebody's plate can make all the difference. I thrive when creating systems that allow people to experience more freedom in their day-to-day lives. Travel planning, weekly meal prep, and creating calendars and systems that work seamlessly together are some ways that I help families feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Professional Experience:
As an experienced Executive Assistant, I have a strong background supporting C-suite leaders and scaling startups. I've led projects across operations, people ops, growth, marketing, and design. I excel at high-level professional support from creating successful marketing campaigns to streamlining and creating internal systems that make businesses run smoother. Outside of my EA work, I work in pediatric mental health, currently completing my MSW and my clinical practicum. My multidisciplinary background allows me to think holistically and offer grounded, empathetic support in dynamic environments.

Personal Anecdotes:
I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns. Outside of work, I live with my partner, Erik, and our four dogs: Barbra, Burt, Oliver, and Mia. You'll usually find me near water, surrounded by dogs, or tending to my mixed flock of birds on our homestead. I frequently volunteer in my community rescuing, walking, training, and fostering dogs for our local Humane Society and with community organizations serving queer, rural communities.
