Hi! I’m Celeste! With over a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, I’m known for bringing calm, structure, and positive energy to fast-paced teams and busy executives. I’ve supported leaders and managed day-to-day operations across industries from construction to tech startups, helping my clients stay focused on what matters most while I handle the details behind the scenes. I love creating order out of chaos by streamlining complex schedules, managing travel, organizing events, and keeping communication clear and flowing. My superpower: Creating simple, effective systems that make work and life feel less overwhelming. I love learning about each person’s individual needs and customizing plans that actually work for them. There are so many tools and tricks out there, but finding the perfect match is key, and I thrive on staying one step ahead to anticipate what’s needed next. My current projects cater to each client's unique needs, from building a fresh website for a client’s new business launch, helping a busy executive achieve inbox zero after eight years in the thousands, to coordinating special family trips from Disney to Berlin with custom itineraries. Outside of work, I’m usually working with my hands on creative projects. I move between sewing simple clothes, designing and building furniture, and practicing my newest hobby of DJing. I’ve become the creative designer for our community events, transforming spaces with fabric, music, and unexpected touches. I try to add a splash of fun to everything I do. A few fun things about me: I’m a big fan of travel and great with packing lists. I’ve lived in seven different states and two countries in Europe. I can get completely lost in Canva and love discovering ways to make the mundane come to life. I love bringing people together, especially when good food or music is involved.
