Hi!! I’m Hannah :) I’ve been an Executive Assistant for a year, but in many ways, I’ve been an assistant my whole life. As the oldest child, I was always helping my mom administratively, and that support-oriented mindset stuck with me. I naturally found myself in customer service and admin roles over the years, everything from office management to customer support coordination, where I thrived in helping people get things done and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. My degree is in Psychology because I’ve always loved learning about people. Professionally, I’ve run a summer camp office and store, managed the front desk at an orthodontist’s office, and led a customer support team. I balanced client-facing responsibilities with internal projects like reporting and metrics, and leading workshops on inbox management and team efficiency. I love systems and structure, especially when they make life easier for others. At home, I’ve been married to my husband, Jake, for five years, and we have a golden retriever named Sage who keeps life fun and full of energy. I’m a CrossFitter, certified Functional Health Coach, and am always experimenting in the kitchen (no recipes allowed), organizing something for fun, or working on creative endeavors to make the world a more beautiful place. These days, I’m also dipping my toes into gardening. My go-to coffee order is a decaf espresso tonic. My superpower as an EA is breaking down big projects into bite-sized, actionable steps and knocking them out at lightning speed. My favorite tools/platforms: The Sundays platform and good old Google Suite. I’ve used many systems but prefer to keep things streamlined and simple.
