Why I Love Supporting Sundays Families:
I am passionate about supporting families because I am a busy mom myself, and I know what a stress relief it is when something is crossed off your list. I love clearing people’s to-do lists! My favorite ways to support families are fully supporting them in whichever ways help clear their plate—frequently including research on any and every topic, travel planning, meal planning, calendar management, and inbox oversight.
Professional Experience:
As an Executive Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some truly amazing individuals and families—each experience teaching me something new and expanding my skill set in ways I never expected. I regularly assist clients with scheduling medical and home maintenance appointments, coordinating meal prep and grocery orders, party planning, booking travel, submitting and tracking insurance reimbursements, and handling deep-dive research on everything from schools and care providers to business grants. I also take on unique projects—like sourcing and coordinating the delivery of 400 Taco Bell tacos for a 40th birthday party! My journey into the EA world began supporting a busy realtor, where I quickly learned that one of the most powerful things I could do was simply: just do it. I bring that same initiative and problem-solving mindset to every client—whether managing a business inbox or planning a surprise proposal. Though I’ve officially been in the EA role for four years, growing up as the oldest of three with entrepreneur parents prepared me to organize, manage, and support from an early age. My professional background spans roles as an elementary educator, personal trainer, wedding photographer, and nanny, all of which shaped the adaptable, proactive person I am today.

Personal Anecdotes:
I live outside Houston, Texas, with my husband, our two daughters (15 and 12), and our two golden retrievers. My husband’s older daughter recently got married and gave us our first grandson—an absolute blessing! Life as a family includes travel softball, church activities, and spending time outdoors. When I do find a quiet moment, I love reading or getting in a good workout. My superpower as an EA is being a true “Jackie-of-all-trades”—quick on my feet (or keyboard!) with a broad knowledge base that helps me adapt to any situation or system.
