As an Executive Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some truly amazing individuals and families—each experience teaching me something new and expanding my skill set in ways I never expected (and that’s part of the fun!) I regularly assist clients with everyday essentials like scheduling medical and home maintenance appointments, coordinating meal prep and grocery orders, party planning, booking travel, submitting and tracking insurance reimbursements, and handling deep-dive research on everything from schools and care providers to business grants. I love removing tasks from my clients’ plates—big or small. I’ve also had the chance to support some unique, one-off projects—like sourcing and coordinating the delivery of 400 Taco Bell tacos for a 40th birthday party in an art gallery!! No two days are the same, and I thrive on that energy. My journey into the EA world began supporting a busy realtor, where I quickly learned that one of the most powerful things I could do was simply: just do it. I bring that same initiative and problem-solving mindset to every client—whether I’m managing a business inbox or planning a surprise proposal. Though I’ve only officially been in the EA role for four years, I feel like I’ve been one my whole life—growing up as the oldest of three with entrepreneur parents, I’ve been organizing, managing, and supporting since day one. My professional background spans roles as an elementary educator, personal trainer, wedding photographer, and nanny. Each experience shaped the adaptable, proactive person I am today and contributes to the value I bring to clients across personal and business support. At home, I live outside Houston, Texas, with my husband, our two daughters (15 and 12), and our two golden retrievers. My husband’s older daughter recently got married and gave us our first grandson—an absolute blessing! Life is full of, and as a family, we spend most of our time at travel softball, doing activities with our church, or just being outdoors. When I do find a quiet moment (haha, right, moms?), I love to read or get in a good workout. My Superpower: I’m a true Jackie-of-all-trades—quick on my feet (or keyboard!) with a broad knowledge base that helps me adapt to any situation or system. I’m a self-proclaimed Canva pro and love designing custom invitations and all kinds of digital art. I’ve also worked extensively in Asana, ClickUp, and Trello—I’ll adapt to whatever platform best serves my client’s workflow. I believe “knowledge is power,” and I’m always up for learning something new to provide the best support possible.
