Why I Love Supporting Sundays Families:
I love supporting families in ways that give them back time, energy, and peace of mind. I take on the mental load of remembering, tracking, and coordinating—whether that’s with schools, service providers, or between family members—so parents can focus on being present. I enjoy creating systems that streamline scheduling and everyday logistics, researching and vetting camps, tutors, or contractors, and building sustainable routines that keep life running smoothly. I’ve seen firsthand how much parents—especially moms—are juggling, and how that constant mental load steals their ability to be truly present. When I can take the administrative chaos off someone’s plate, I’m not just managing tasks—I’m giving them back the mental space to enjoy bedtime stories, family dinners, and those spontaneous moments that matter most.
Professional Experience:
With over six years of experience as an Executive Assistant, I’ve supported C-suite leaders in fast-growing startups and mission-driven companies. My work spans scheduling, travel planning, inbox management, hiring, onboarding, training, HR systems, payroll, performance evaluations, internal communications, company-wide event planning, data tracking, and more. Before joining Sundays, I supported the CEO and COO of a rapidly scaling startup, where I also served as Customer Experience Manager, leading a team of six and building a strong, supportive team culture. My role constantly evolved, requiring adaptability, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving to bring structure to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Personal Anecdotes:
I live in a cozy home in rural Maine with my two young children. Motherhood has deeply reinforced my passion for supporting others with patience, empathy, and a sense of calm amidst the chaos of life. I’m happiest outdoors in the fresh air, sipping coffee, learning something new, or making memories with my family. I value sustainable living, continual growth, and showing up with both excellence and intention in work and life. My superpower as an EA is finding solutions in the unknown. I love diving into new challenges, figuring things out on the fly, and creating systems that make life easier. Creating order from chaos while making people feel seen, supported, and completely taken care of is my mission.
