With over six years of experience as an Executive Assistant, I’ve supported C-suite leaders in both fast-growing startups and mission-driven companies. I care deeply about helping my clients reclaim time and mental space so they can focus on what matters most. While my work may start with scheduling, travel planning, or inbox management, it rarely ends there. I take pride in being resourceful, adaptable, and proactive, and I approach each relationship with the mindset "How can I go beyond the task list to truly make life easier?" Before joining Sundays, I supported both the CEO and COO of a rapidly scaling startup, where my role constantly evolved to meet the needs of the business. My responsibilities spanned hiring, onboarding, training, HR systems, payroll, performance evaluations, internal communications, company-wide event planning, data tracking, and much more. I also served as the Customer Experience Manager, leading a team of six and building a strong, supportive team culture from the ground up. A core part of my role was making sure my team had the tools, feedback, and clarity they needed to thrive. It was crucial to be a collaborative problem-solver who could bring structure to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. I live in a cozy home in rural Maine with my two young children. Motherhood has deeply reinforced my passion for supporting others with patience, empathy, and a sense of calm amidst the chaos of life. I'm happiest when I’m outdoors in the fresh air, sipping coffee, learning something new, or making memories with my family. I value sustainable living, continual growth, and showing up with both excellence and intention in work and in life. My superpower as an EA is: Finding solutions in the unknown. I love diving into new challenges, figuring things out on the fly, and creating systems that make life easier. Creating order from chaos while making people feel seen, supported, and completely taken care of is my mission. Some of my favorite tools/platforms are: G-Suite, Notion, Loom, Monday.com, QuickBooks, Canva, and anything that brings clarity, flow, or automation to daily operations.
