Hello, my name is Sammetra! Over the last 20 years, I’ve built a strong track record across education-based non-profits, admissions recruiting, and sales tech operations. Each experience has shaped my expert-level approach to managing administrative tasks, creating efficient workflows, and building systems that support client success. I’m known for bringing structure to fast-paced environments and helping executives stay focused on high-impact work. Additional Relevant Experience: I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The New School and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from NYU. Earlier in my career, I built and scaled a sales organization, starting as an Account Executive and eventually growing into a Senior Manager role. After becoming a new mom, I realized that having control of my time and peace was most important. Pivoting into an EA role supporting business clients in high-growth startup environments has been both rewarding and aligned with my values. Personal Life: I grew up in the Bay Area and lived in NYC for over 13 years while attending college. I met my husband in grad school, and we later relocated to Southern California, where we got married, bought our first home, and became first-time parents.
