Hi! I’m Shaene! With a few years of experience as an EA, I developed a strong foundation in organization, time management, and high-level administrative support. I’m skilled at anticipating needs, streamlining daily operations, and providing reliable, detail-oriented service in fast-paced environments. For the past five months, I’ve brought this expertise to my role at Sundays. My superpower: Turning moving pieces into a well-oiled system. I thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks—whether it’s a packed calendar, client request, or a last-minute pivot. Lately, I’ve been focused on managing email inboxes to ensure timely communication, maintaining calendars for everything from internal meetings to external sales calls and podcast recordings, and overseeing finance-related processes—while also developing clear, effective SOPs to support them. At home, I have a very happy baby boy, Jeffery. We enjoy being outdoors - going to parks and pools - because Texas is HOT, and walking our 3 dogs, Jax, Lily, and Rover. We love a good movie - Luca and Moana just to name a few. My guilty pleasure is reality television - you can find me watching anything on Bravo or game shows like Survivor, Big Brother, and The Challenge. Working at Sundays gives me the flexibility to be present with my baby while still supporting families in the workforce. It’s incredibly fulfilling to use my skills to create more space, ease, and organization in others’ lives—helping them focus on what matters most.
