Why I Love Supporting Sundays Families:
I believe having a support system is vital, and knowing that I can help lighten even one task for a family so they can focus on other priorities—or simply take a moment to rest—is truly a joy. I love helping with meal planning, coordinating trips and travel, and finding ways to free up valuable time for families. Whether it’s scheduling appointments or proactively managing upcoming activities, moves, and events, my goal is to create a clear plan so families can approach everything with confidence and ease.

Professional Experience:
With 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant across several industries, I’ve supported start-up founders and venture capital/private equity teams by staying 10 steps ahead and keeping operations running smoothly. My background as a competitive collegiate soccer player gave me the grit, discipline, and team-first mindset that now power everything from inbox management to event planning. My current projects have included building repeatable, streamlined processes, managing travel logistics, handling document renewals, and supporting clients exploring new ventures outside their comfort zone. I love being a steady presence in the moving parts of life.

Systems / Skills Expertise:

  • Meal planning and travel coordination

  • Calendar and inbox management

  • Proactive planning for activities, moves, and events

  • Streamlined process creation and operations support

  • Event planning and document management

  • Anticipating needs and lightening pressure for clients

Personal Anecdotes:
Outside of Sundays, I’m a mother to a 3-year-old daughter and deeply passionate about giving time back to families so they can have more intentional moments together. I coach competitive soccer at the high school and junior college levels and love seeing young athletes grow their confidence. I also enjoy reading—usually a mystery thriller or sports psychology book—and consider my ideal self-care a tough workout, a home-cooked meal, and a clean calendar. Working with Sundays gives me the flexibility to show up for both my daughter and my career while working with people who value grace, growth, and mutual support. My superpower is building strong relationships and being someone people can rely on by staying organized under pressure and finding creative ways to solve problems. I’m good at noticing what’s not being said, stepping in where support is needed, and taking pressure off my clients so they can focus on what they do best.
