Why we exist
The problem hasn't changed
in 30 years.
Women make up nearly half the workforce. They're founding companies, running teams, and raising families. And they're still being asked to choose between ambition and motherhood — the same choice their mothers faced.
The motherhood penalty is real. Sundays exists to close it — one hour at a time.

What we do
An executive assistant service built for ambitious moms.
Sundays pairs high-achieving mothers with dedicated virtual executive assistants who handle the work that drains time — inbox management, scheduling, research, family logistics, and more. Our team is made up mostly of parents themselves. We understand the stakes, and we show up accordingly.

Ashley Chang
Founder & CEO
As Founder and CEO, Ashley grew Sundays from $0 to $1.5M Assistants supporting parents. Three years later, Sundays now saves ambitious parents 25,000 hours a year — and counting.
Ashley built this business after watching the same story play out over two generations: Her mom was a software engineer in the 80s. After having kids, she felt forced to choose between family and work. Thirty years later, she noticed the women around her were still facing the same tradeoff.
She started Sundays to solve a problem she'd observed. Then she became a mom herself — and lived it.
