With 15 years of administrative experience and 10 years in healthcare, I’ve pretty much seen it all—and lived to tell the tale with my coffee cup still full. I’m the behind-the-scenes wizard who keeps calendars color-coded, inboxes under control, and operations running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners focus on the work they actually love while I handle the details that make most people want to hide under a weighted blanket. Think of me as part Executive Assistant, part chaos coordinator, and part professional “I’ve got this.”

When I’m not wrangling spreadsheets and to-do lists, you’ll find me with my family, outdoors, or cheering on my two boys in their endless lineup of sports—baseball, basketball, flag football, tackle football, and competitive bass fishing. (Yes, our weekends are basically ESPN with snacks.)

Running out of coffee? Now that’s terrifying.
I love kayaking and being in nature.
My husband of 18 years—who is also my best friend—competes in bass fishing, so if there’s a body of water and a boat involved, we’re probably there cheering someone on.
