I was the first employee at a developer tool called ReadMe, built the member experience at Collective Health, and helped to scale Carta's Venture Capital Business from $10 to $100M+. Throughout those experiences, I saw how parents (especially moms) are *still* forced to choose between family and their careers far too often. I believe we can build a world where we can have both.
