I have over 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and I've built my career supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners across multiple industries. I've thrived in every environment by being the person who stays calm in fast-paced, deadline-driven workplaces. I do my best work when the stakes are high, and the schedule is full!
My career has taken me through some of the most dynamic moments a business can face, including two mergers and acquisitions, where I played an active role in change management and keeping teams grounded through uncertainty. I've also had the privilege of helping staff over 20 administrative positions throughout my career, and have planned everything from Annual General Meetings and executive offsites to company social events that people actually look forward to.

Calendar & Inbox Management - proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace, managing complex executive schedules across multiple time zones
Financial Administration - hands-on experience with expense reporting, invoicing, and light bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable via QuickBooks and Concur
SOP Creation & Process Documentation - building clear, repeatable systems and documentation that keep teams consistent and operations running smoothly
Vendor & Budget Management - coordinating vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and managing logistics for events, off-sites, and ongoing operations
A few fun things about me:
When I'm not supporting my clients, you'll find me out on the trails in the Santa Monica Mountains! I'm currently training for an ultramarathon and am proud to be part of an incredible trail running community. Since that’s not enough nature for me, I also volunteer with the Sierra Club to clean up overgrown trails all in the LA area! I also love cooking Italian or Spanish cuisine and practicing yoga at my local donation-based studio. I have a fur-baby named Millie (short for Milwaukee), who is a five-year-old Great Pyrenees Australian Cattle Dog mix.
