I am a seasoned Executive Assistant and operations professional who keeps things running seamlessly behind the scenes, often resolving challenges before they surface. With over a decade of experience supporting executives, startups, and growing teams, I am known for being highly organized, intuitive, and composed under pressure.

I began working at the age of 13 as a professional swimmer, nanny, lifeguard, and Tinker Bell at Disney, experiences that shaped the way I approach my work today. They strengthened my adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail, while also developing my ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead. I specialize in managing complex schedules, streamlining systems, and bringing structure to fast-paced environments with a thoughtful and proactive approach.

What motivates me most is working with people. With a background in aquatics and first response, I have spent years supporting children and families in meaningful, hands-on ways. I value trust, patience, and creating a strong sense of safety, and I carry that perspective into everything I do. Whether supporting executives during high-pressure situations or assisting families who need dependable support, I approach each environment with a calm, prepared mindset, using a triage-based approach and a focus on prevention and efficiency.

I have worked across a range of environments, including Nike, MIT, Fortune 500 companies, and startups, which has strengthened my adaptability and ability to thrive in diverse settings. Whether supporting a family or ensuring operations run smoothly, I bring empathy, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time in and around the water, writing science fiction, and teaching swim and surf lessons. I am passionate about space, science, and continuous learning. At my core, I am a Tinker Bell by nature, bringing creativity, care, and a sense of possibility into everything I do.
