Hi! I'm Natalie!

Why I Love Supporting Families:

There was a time in my life when I was a single mom running two businesses, and I remember what it felt like to constantly have a million things running through my head. Work, appointments, errands, family, the things that needed to happen that day and the things I was already worried I'd forget next week. Having someone I trusted who could simply say, “I've got this,” would have meant everything.

That's a huge part of why supporting others feels so meaningful to me. I love being able to take something completely off someone's plate, not just help with one piece of it. If I can give someone a little more time to be present for the things that matter to them, make their week feel less overwhelming, or take care of something they no longer have to think about, that's the kind of support I want to provide.

Professional Experience:

My background has taken me through a little bit of everything, from executive support and private aviation to managing 25+properties and eventually running businesses of my own. I've always found myself in roles where there are a lot of moving pieces, no two days look quite the same, and someone needs to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Over the years, I've managed busy schedules, coordinated travel, created systems and SOPs, handled client and guest experiences, and solved plenty of unexpected problems along the way. I'm naturally someone who likes to bring order to the chaos, and I love finding a better or easier way to do something when I know a process isn't working.

Having owned businesses myself has also shaped the way I support people. I understand what it's like to have a million things competing for your attention and to wish you could hand something off without having to explain every little detail. I love learning how someone works, remembering the things that matter to them, and eventually getting to the point where I can anticipate what's needed and simply take care of it.

Systems / Skills Expertise:

  • Operations & Systems: I love taking something that feels scattered or complicated and turning it into a system that makes sense and is easy to maintain.

  • Executive Support: From calendars and scheduling to research, communication, travel, and all the little details in between, I'm comfortable keeping a lot of moving pieces organized.

  • Project & Logistics Management: I enjoy taking ownership of something from the initial idea all the way through completion, thinking ahead about the details and potential roadblocks along the way.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: I'm naturally resourceful and would rather come to someone with a solution than another problem to solve. I like figuring things out, anticipating what might be needed next, and making sure something is truly handled from start to finish.

Personal Anecdotes:

I'm originally from Hawaii, spent nearly 10 years living in Australia, and recently moved back to the States. I'm a proud mom to my 7-year-old daughter and lucky to be doing life with the man of my dreams, who also happens to be my high school sweetheart. I love the little family we've built and all the adventures we go on together. One of my favorite parts of this season of life is experiencing new things as parents and watching our daughter discover who she is, develop her talents, and set goals for herself. There's also a lot of singing and dancing together in our house!

I love reading, binge-watching a new show while somehow always finding my way back to my favorite comfort movies and shows, live performances, sports, and spending a full day at the beach. I'm happiest when we're off on an adventure or experiencing something for the first time, especially when I get to share those moments with the people I love.

My culture is also incredibly important to me. I love staying connected to it and being able to share it with my daughter and others through dance, traditions, and the experiences that have been passed down through our family.
