I love being the person who brings order to the chaos and makes life feel a little lighter. Whether it's managing moving pieces behind the scenes, solving problems before they become problems, or simply creating structure where there wasn't any before, I enjoy helping families reclaim time and mental space for what matters most. Life moves fast. Having someone in your corner who can anticipate needs, think ahead, and quietly keep things running smoothly can make all the difference. I bring nearly 20 years of experience across planning, operations, strategy, and business management roles. Throughout my career, I've worked in fast-paced environments where priorities shifted quickly, details mattered, and ambiguity was often the norm. I'm known for being resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure. I naturally like to connect the dots, create clarity from complexity, and balance big-picture thinking with thoughtful execution in the details. Whether coordinating travel, managing projects, building systems, researching solutions, or navigating unexpected curveballs, I enjoy figuring things out and helping people move forward with confidence.

Personal Anecdotes:

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and I currently live just outside Portland. While my address may be on the West Coast, my heart has always been East Coast. I’m a lifelong learner and usually have my nose in a book. I probably own more books than shoes - which says a lot because I’m a fashion girl at heart. I recently got back into painting after realizing how much I missed being creative. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym (my happy place), hunting down a new coffee shop, or wandering through a bookstore. I’m a complete coffee snob and fully support turning a free Saturday into a mini adventure. A good, long drive also calms my brain. At my core, I have a business mind with the soul of a creative. It's probably why you'll find me equally happy building a spreadsheet, making an SOP, reading a book, painting, or wandering an antique store with an overpriced latte in hand.
