Hi, I’m Shay! I’ve spent the last 9 years building my career as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-performing leaders and managing the fast-moving details that keep both businesses and families running smoothly. Most recently, I’ve supported a company Vice President, and before that, I spent 8 years working closely with a professional athlete, managing everything from scheduling and travel to household coordination and day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to five amazing children, so I truly understand the importance of organization, flexibility, and creating calm in the middle of busy schedules. We are a college football household (Hotty Toddy!), which means our family life is always full of energy, teamwork, and travel. When I’m not working, I love exploring new places, discovering beauty trends, and finding little ways to make everyday life feel more elevated and enjoyable.
