Why I Love Supporting Sundays Families:
I love helping my clients feel lighter by completing daunting tasks for them so they can focus on other things. Creating structure, reducing stress, and freeing up time for what matters most is deeply meaningful to me.

Professional Experience:
I bring nearly a decade of experience supporting C-suite executives and founders in fast-paced, high-growth environments. My core strengths include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, event planning, and cross-functional communication. I began my professional journey in 2011 as a nanny and household manager, roles that honed my ability to juggle tasks and prioritize competing needs. Over a seven-year tenure, I evolved into the role of Chief of Staff & Senior Executive Assistant. I’ve worked closely with teams across finance, operations, HR, and marketing to help build streamlined internal systems. I thrive in high-trust roles that require discretion, attention to detail, and seamless coordination across departments. I’m especially energized by opportunities to support visionary leaders in mission-driven organizations. Previously, I supported Bumble’s VP and CMO and worked as a celebrity nanny.

Systems / Skills Expertise:

  • Calendar and inbox management

  • Travel coordination and event planning

  • Streamlined internal systems and cross-functional support

  • Completing daunting tasks so clients can focus on other priorities

  • Tools and platforms: Notion, QuickBooks, Slack

  • Bringing high-energy, flexible, thoughtful, and detail-oriented support

Personal Anecdotes:
Outside of work, I’m a proud toddler mom (11-month-old Wesley), book club regular, and amateur gardener. I’m also in the midst of planning my wedding, which has added a fun layer of logistics and creativity to my personal life. I love turning big ideas into reality, whether it’s tackling home projects, curating meaningful celebrations, or hosting BBQs and gatherings for family and friends. Former Division One Athlete (Field Hockey @ Syracuse) — my background brings discipline, collaboration, and a high-performance mindset to everything I do. I enjoy charcuterie board building, spending time with family, and bringing joy and structure to the people I support. My superpower as an EA is bringing high-energy, flexible, thoughtful, and detail-oriented support.
